"I was overweight my whole life and gained even more weight when pregnant.  At 260 pounds, I was obese.  I knew I had to change my eating habits and resistance to exercise. 

While training with Kathy, I surpassed my goal (60 pounds) and lost 100 pounds in 11 months.  I went from a size 18 to an astounding size 6.  The best part is that I was able to keep the weight off.
